Order processing:
Orders will be confirmed in writing by post on the day of receiving order. It is our customers’ responsibility to check that all order details is correct and notify Phn-design regarding any queries immediately.All goods remain property of Phn-design until paid in full.
Cancellations:
Orders may be cancelled in writing to Phn-design up to 3 working days from the order date. Cancellations after this time cannot be accepted. Orders will be invoiced and goods dispatched as per order. Exchanges or refunds of unwanted goods are not permitted.
Carriage:
A carriage charge of £60.00 is applicable to all orders less than £1,000. in value.
Lead Times:
The lead times quoted by Phn-design are given in good faith. If orders are delayed we will endeavor to inform you as soon as we are updated by the suppliers and as soon as possible. We cannot accept any liability for consequential losses as a result of delays.
Deliveries:
Delivery addresses must be given at the time of placing your order. Changes to delivery address are not permitted. Delivery includes only drop off of your goods at your premises. If no one is present to receive the delivery on the agreed day a further delivery will be arranged at an additional charge. Upon receipt of goods, all packages must be checked and signed for by the receiver. Any damages or shortages must be recorded on the Proof Of Delivery (P.O.D.) supplied by the carrier and notified to our offices within three days of receiving goods. This also applies to non-visible damage. No claims for damage visible or non-visible will be accepted after three days. Please note that replacements of damaged goods will be dispatched from Denmark with a lead time of up to three weeks. We will not be liable for any consequential losses as a result of additional lead times whilst awaiting replacements.
Storage:
When an order has been held in the UK warehouse for more than three weeks after contact has been made, a charge of £25.00 will be incurred each week until the delivery is confirmed and delivered. Any order stored for more than three months may be disposed of.
Payments:
We currently accept cash and cheques made payable to PHNdesign Ltd. Credit and Debit card facilities will be available shortly.
Return and exchange policy:
If you are dissatisfied with any accessory purchase, you are naturally entitled to return the goods within twenty eight days as long as the item is unused and undamaged, and still in its original packaging. Please note, however, that all furniture, items bought on sale or as special orders cannot be returned unless faulty.
Delivery and assembly:
For quick and easy delivery and assembly, our professional service team can help you. They take care of transport and assembly and are knowledgeable about our products so you can be sure that your new piece of furniture is assembled correctly. Phn-design will advise you if this service is recommended depending on the complexity of the product that you are ordering. The delivery service includes removal of packaging of the furniture in your home but not existing furniture. Carpet fitting, decorating and removal of existing rubbish is not included.
Delivery:
As most of our collection is specially customised for you, we do not have a wide range in stock. Our normal delivery time for board furniture is 3-4 weeks and for upholstery 6-7 weeks. If the item is in stock we will deliver ASAP.
Electrical:
We are not involved in moving existing phones, alarms or any other electrical wiring/devices.
Prices:
All prices are in £ sterling. All prices are correct at time of printing (July 2006). However, we may need to review certain prices due to adverse currency fluctuations and / or other events beyond our control.
